If your delivery arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect the vacuum-sealed packaging and ensure the steaks are still chilled or frozen.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is any damage to the box or product, take clear photos of the items and the shipping label as proof of condition.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our butchery team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected product.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Our team will review your claim and process a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
